Your plant is continually changing due to inputs and environment shifts. To effectively optimize your ever-changing plant requires an understanding of how process aids function individually and in conjunction with other plant inputs. Participants will be provided with the most up to date information and advanced methods for keeping your plant at maximum production efficiency and profitability. This non-branded specific training will be offered in a small classroom format and will include hands on laboratory experience. The small class room size will allow one on one interaction with instructors. Classes will improve participants understanding of standard as well as unique situations that can occur prior to, during and after fermentation.
Plant optimization is measured not only by the number of gallons produced, but also by the amount and total expense of process aids. Maximizing ethanol plant profitability requires ongoing investment training. This unique program is targeted to offer you practical knowledge which you can use immediately.
